mBIT - multiple brain integration techniques

’aligning & using your multiple brains’

do you ever struggle to tap into your intuition, that deep inner guidance, that tells you which choice to make?

find out how mBIT can help you to connect to your inner wisdom.

are any of these scenarios familiar to you?

There’s a conflict between what you think, what you feel and taking action?

In your head something makes sense, yet it still doesn’t feel quite right?

Or you feel like it is the right thing to do but you just can’t get the motivation together to take the first step?

Then you’ve experienced the conflict that can occur when our three brains; head, heart and gut, aren’t in alignment on something we want to do.

As children we are born able to feel and be deeply intuitive. Our survival is dependant on us being able to respond automatically without cognitive thought behind our responses. Throughout our lives, experiences and conditioning can lead us to disconnect from our inner compass, the guidance of our emotions or feelings of inner knowing for a number of reasons. You may or may not have an inkling as to why or when that was.

Those messages are still there within us. They have become so quiet that we don’t hear them or don’t understand them. Or you may have learnt to discount or dismiss them.

Research in recent years show us that through neuroplasticity, we can reconnect and learn to tap back in to our deeper inner wisdom at any time in our life.

When working with a certified mBIT coach or Master coach, using a well researched and scientifically founded framework, you will explore your whole neural network, including your Autonomic Nervous System, to begin to understand, feel and hear the messages again. This pathway is scientifically based and allows you to reconnect your head, heart and gut, in order to hear and communicate with the untapped power you already hold within you.

If you sometimes struggle to know what you really want or how you feel, then these behavioural change techniques will allow you to connect fully with your sense of Self, enabling you to live to your highest and most authentic expression.

what is mBraining?

mBraining was developed out of the latest neuroscience insights of the last decade. Grant Soosalu studied over 600 research papers and articles on our three neural networks in our head, heart and gut. These neural networks held all the qualities and functional intelligence to be classed as brains in their own right. Grant worked closely with Marvin Oka to bring his findings together, and with their combined knowledge of behavioural modelling, cognitive linguistics, positive psychology and Neuro Linguistic Programming, created a powerful method in which all three brains can communicate with one another as they evolved to do. In allowing you to reconnect and communicate with each of your three brains, you can tap in to your deeper intuition and wisdom, integrate your three brains to work to their highest prime function and bring about true alignment within you.

The specific method of working with our three brains is referred to as mBIT; multiple brain integration, whilst mBraining refers to the overall process of working with our three brains. mBIT allows us to explore what is possible for us individually and collectively, adding practical value to our lives.
