How I can help?

7 years ago I got to a place where I decided that enough was enough. I wanted to get to the root of the issue, have a clear understanding of what was really going on and then gather together the learnings, skills and tools I needed to break out of the cycle.

When working with clients I draw together my professional training in 6 different therapeutic-change modalities combined with my own learnings around emotions, being Highly Sensitive and discovering what the key elements are that make the difference in finding inner peace, balance and resilience.

My programme is packed full of tried and tested, proven methods that deliver results.

‘‘I've spent my life being afraid of being in water.
This has always impacted on my family time with my boys.

I had one coaching session with Lydia to focus on my fear of being in water.

Afterwards I visited our local pool. I chose to go in to the deep end, even going under the water to let my feet touch the bottom. I then had a go at sitting on the edge of the pool & diving into the water, which I then continued to do in the deep end too. All so far from what I had ever done before. My boys were so surprised. Our next visit to a pool was on holiday with a couple of really big water slides.

I had never even attempted thinking about going down one before, let along trying it. I decided to go down both slides numerous times & really enjoyed it. I'm still working on my water confidence, but it has been an amazing start!

I could have never have imagined I'd be able to enjoy water. I have been able to join in with my boys on the water slides rather then just sitting & watching them from a distance.
