Is it anxiety.?
Anxiety is one of those things that people don’t always realise is at the bottom of what they are wrestling with.
Instead, common complaints may be:
• Feeling stressed, irritable, and tense
• Not being able to sleep, relax or switch off with a busy head
• Feeling frustrated, irritable or having more arguments with loved ones or at work.
• A general sense of unease or worry
In this blog I will cover the main groups that anxiety is placed under to give you an insight in to whether or not anxiety is at the root of what you are being impacted by.
When things around you feel overwhelming or are weighing heavy on you.
Part of being an empathetic person is that you are able to put yourself in another’s shoes. To imagine vividly what they may be experiencing.
This can lead to feelings of anxiety or emotional overwhelm. And perhaps there are feelings of frustration or anger along with sadness, of what you can do, or why people make the choices they do.
In this blog I offer a resource which you can use to help bring back balance when things feel out of control.
